EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY

This is an agreement between you, the end user, and Kadmi Software. ("KADMI"). By using this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. PROMPTLY REMOVE IT FROM YOUR COMPUTER. This software program (hereinafter the "Software") has the trial status. The try period is 30 days from the moment of the first installation. After the try period you can purchase the user license for this SOFTWARE, or uninstall this SOFTWARE.

GRANT OF LICENSE. KADMI, as Licensor, grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive right to use this SOFTWARE during the term of the try period in accordance with the terms contained in this license. You may use the Software on as many computers as you wish as long as the use is only for try purposes.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE. KADMI retains the copyright, title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist.

YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, EMULATE, CLONE, RENT, LEASE, SELL,MODIFY, DECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE, OTHERWISE REVERSE ENGINEER,OR TRANSFER THE LICENSED PROGRAM, OR ANY SUBSET OF THE LICENSED PROGRAM, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT. ANY SUCH UNAUTHORIZED USE SHALL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE AND AUTOMATIC TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE AND MAY RESULT IN CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL PROSECUTION.

THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATAION (INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, FURTHER, KADMI DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOUR. IF THE SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE DEFECTIVEYOU, AND NOT KADMI OR ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
KADMI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THAT IS MADE BY KADMI, ON THIS KADMI PRODUCT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY KADMI, ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY AND YOU MAY NOT RELY ON.
